Enjoy the wonder of the river Slaney and its abundance of wildlife and scenery. Heron, otters, water hen, ducks and even occasionally a curious grey seal!
Steeped in history, the tour passes Edermine House, Browns Castle, and the railway line once described as one of the most beautiful short train journeys in Europe.
Double kayaks are available, making it a very family-friendly activity where younger children, 6+ can be accompanied by an adult. Single kayaks are available for adults and children age 12+
GoPaddle.ie pride themselves on maintaining exceptionally high standards. GoPaddle.ie guides and Coaches are always experienced and fully qualified.
GoPaddle.ie are committed to providing individual attention to each person who joins a Tour, Class or Kayak Camp. To ensure this,there is strict adherence to instructor/client ratios set out in the guidleines published by Canoeing Ireland, the National Governing Body for this sport.
